It wasn't invented by Oyasumi, just saying. The term itself is recent but it is used for Junko Mizuno's works too, it's only that there was no proper term before as gurokawa itself includes spooky halloween-like things too.

Actually, Junko is one of her favorite artists and she often draws non-pastel pieces too and menhera isn't limited to pastels either, it only makes it simpler to make guro appear cute.
