So, I have noticed lately a couple of things in AANI that seem to be slightly modified copies of other artist's concepts. Is this common? It makes me want to avoid posting any of my own original ideas. Like, it's not as if the concept of cat mermaids/catfish or cute hamsters with baked goods is something groundbreakingly unique, but they are specific enough that it seems kind of rude for other people to use those ideas after certain artists revealed their projects and designs first. Maybe I'm just being weird but I immediately thought of the projects on the left when I saw the projects on the right in my feed. I also wanted to be a huge bitch and tag the Sweet Ham Ham girl in the other Ham Ham artist's post and say something like "She'll draw them for you! In fact, she already has!".
