I'm just getting into wire wrapping and it's a lot of fun. I need a hell of a lot more practice before I start using nice wire and stones, but I figure I've got to suck at first before I can get decent at it.

One thing I haven't figured out is how to not scar the hell out of the wire. I bought some nylon ripped pliers but the damn things are too slippery to be any use. Any tips, gulls?
