I had my digital art teacher in college tell the traditional art teacher I had plagiarized my final matte painting. If he (traditional teacher) hadn't asked me about it I never would have known she (digital teacher) thought I cheated.

I turned in a .psd with every layer still in there, including the layer that was a screenshot from a maya scene I was using to get everything blocked out. And I included the maya file too for good measure.

The digital art teacher even came up to me the next semester and asked which of her classes I was going to sign up for next.
