Okay I messaged them and they sent this reply:
Due to the consequences of Typhon Jebi, Japan Post office in Osaka Airport still incapable to process dispatch of the parcels.
Parcels are forwarded to airports in other regions (mostly Tokyo and Aichi), where a dispatch process is delayed due to large number of parcels.
This is the reason, why the tracking information does not get updated, but please, don't worry, your parcel will be dispatched soon.
Based on an information we have received from Japan post, SAL parcels may experience a 1 week delay (sometimes more depending on circumstances) before being handed in to the airline company.

So yeah they're not moving because of the typhoon. I'm just gonna sit tight
