no, i could have ordered with custom sizes but i wanted it quick so i could have time to try it on and fix things myself. im just going to get some elastic dress clips for it to slim the waist. might put the back ribbon on it because it just came with a bobby pin to tack on. i think i might do that for the inner jacket collar to stay upright too.
