I can understand if she was a beginner, but she has been cosplaying for a while. She has also done this Sae (Persona) cosplay for multiple occasion, but her eye makeup has been around the same level of quality with no improvement.

Again if she was a beginner I wouldn't care, but she is constantly reposting pics of her cosplays to the same facebook group over and over. I also don't understand how she won "best NPC" category in Atlus's persona cosplay contest when there were several higher quality cosplays and she broke the rules (no digital alterations to the image, but her eyes are obviously and poorly shopped)
