It may have originally accommodated a petti -- it's the same model as >>10218764 and you can see how humongously wide that dress originally is on Meta's own models but it became really narrow on her. So the dress in >>10218765 might actually be pretty big, it's just the model is, well, bigger than the dress was designed for, I guess.
