Accidentally posted in the sageing thread.

Making my first body suit, pic related. I have a pattern (Simplicity 1142 with planned modifications to the top) but how exactly do I go about making it more form fitting?

Cosplaying pic related, it's my first jumpsuit and I'm nervous about getting the sizing just right. Any patterns/sizing tips for this particular style (where it stops at the chest)?
