Dude... you could pull off the Perrin thing easily, if you were bigger. If you lifted and got huge, you could damn near be a perfect Aybara. Faster way to get there is artificial hormones (roids), but these are not recommended, though they are much faster and often used for the lazy/genetically maxed out. As such, I would say do Cauthon, or even some temporary dye and do Al'Thor.
