For the first time ever, I don't think that suits Fanny Rosie. She looks like someone's fluffy orange cat who has had a bonnet forcibly tied on her head and isn't impressed by this.

I signed up for the secret santa because last year was great but I feel like my giftees are going to be disappointed. My $50+ listed only two brands for her interests in fashion. I found a great taobao JSK for her closet, and I plan on buying a bunch of brand accessories like she wished for, but I still think she'll be upset.

I'm going there August and I'm prepared to face high temperature and humidity. Worst case scenario I'm going to spend more time outside of central Tokyo. Persona 5 taught me that I can only expect hot nights and torrential rain during this time of year.

I was looking into yukatas as well and the best options seems to be renting them. If you'll buy one, you have to find someone to put it on you and it's not that easy. Renting is about 4000¥ per try. The best place for that is Kyoto.

I read an Anime/Manga/Games/Japanese culture magazine and there was an article about Shimotsuma Monogatari and Baby the stars shine bright. The first pick I saw was Momoko in her blavk and white coordinate, sitting in a train/metro looking a bit sad. I was really young, 12 I guess, and my mom showed me dresses from Baby's website and said I would get one when I would be older. She fell in love with them too. I decided that one day I would become lolita and I did. My mother don't like the dresses too much anymore tho.
