You can stick to your favorite brands and simply pick those dresses/aprons that have visible pockets as design features. I don't think I've ever seen one of these that have fake pockets, just be careful that it's actually a pockets jsk/apron and not some embroidery or patchwork dress.

For btssb Pockets Embroidery jsk and some of the tartan jsks have very obvious pockets that are pockets.
