Personally I just use Daiso resin. Per ounce it's cheaper. Though the trade off it's small tubes instead of one large container. But it's more convenient for me since I have a few Daiso within driving distance.

Also, what is everybody using to cover their work area?

I bought one of these pads from Ikea and I've found it very useful. It's made of Eva plastic(that's what it says on the site) and I found I can peel dried resin off of it. Also takes quiet a beating. Mines has a bunch of scratches from my exacto blade but I haven't cut through yet. I figure it might be useful for anybody looking for a pad to protect their work area.
