This happened a few years ago, but i never shared it.

One of my super normie friends from high school with a sizable amount of followers (25k, ergo even more exposure) left a comment on one of her pictures in lolita gushing over how cute she thought she was.
I'm honestly so baffled. Is this what most normies know of lolita, then? Is my friend an ageplayer? This can't be normal.

I recall buying a post card from a booth and as the artist counted/gathered my change, her friend comes up
and places her Big Gulp drink right on top of said post card (luckily it was already in a plastic sleeve).
I wasn't really upset more than I was mortified at the fact that her friend had 0 self awareness and could've costed her friend the sale.
Like who does that? Who goes up to their friend's booth just to use their merch that they just sold as a coaster for their refreshing drink? And then proceed to talk to them while they're clearly trying to focus on counting change and finishing the transaction?
Geez.
It was such an awkward interaction, but at least the postcard wasn't damaged. I kinda regret buying it kek it's not that cute and every time I look at it, it just reminds me of that whole ordeal.
