I'm a bit like >>7081994 most of the time, but my other rule is 'What could I get for this on comm_sales, and if someone offered me that money immediately would I give it to them?'. If I say yes immediately it means I'm probably ready to sell it and if I dither I usually put the item on and try to make an outfit with it, if I fall back in love I keep it and if not it's sale time.

Pic is my closet evolution since the start of the year...(Jan/April/July/today, obviously when I moved house I went from having a tiny freestanding single clothing rack to a double wardrobe which is only half the current wardrobe space in my room) current photo is with everything I want to sell/up for sale removed from my wardrobe plus a couple dresses in the wash. Blouses etc are kept separately and I don't really have many skirts so it's a fair reflection of what I own. I personally think it's pretty hard to tell what the "themes" in my wardrobe are at the moment but I promise you they are there!
