For both Sat and Sun I had nice dinners at Frankie and Bennys at the airport which was still cheaper than the Hilton.

Overall, I had quite a bit of fun this Kitacon but I didn't really have any drama which I know ruined some peoples weekends. I went to a couple of panels/events and I was surprised that I really enjoyed the cosplay chess but apparently they had practiced for 2 hours and it showed. It wasn't all that cringe either. The yaoi panel was fucking awful and I'm still bitter about my panel being rejected for their crap. I won an awful t-shirt at least. The other thing I went to was the Name That Anime Tune game which was pretty fun to do with friends and pass the time. I didn't bother with the ceremonies because I honestly don't care about any of the kitacon family type stuff. I'm really glad we got tote bags though, I didn't bring a good small bag so that bag was pretty handy this weekend.

The not bringing your bag into the hall was annoying but at least the cloak room was free. I would've been more angry about it if I had to pay for it but to be honest it was easier dancing without a bag and I could put my heels in it.

I think there was quite a large amount of loserconning and at the end of the day I don't fault the staff for asking to check badges so much. I do have one complaint though about the screening room, a bunch of stuff was super delayed/not on time, some things were in dub and some were sub, they were suppose to play the second Tiger and Bunny film but I went to go to the room and it wasn't on but something else. They did this last time with the first Tiger & Bunny movie and cancelled that, I think someone just hates T&B at this point.

The dealers room as okay but the only merch I bought was the Snake candle from gametee and that shit smells amazing, highly recommend.
