It definitely does, as I've been using it but it only seems to be offered online. Here's tracking from a recent package, only cost $6.50 to go out first class. I remember a discussion a few years back about this tracking not holding up for Paypal claims so I'm curious about if they're valid proof now. The number looks just like a normal international tracking number so I don't see why not, but I'm a bit wary. It is indeed a huge price difference.
