When she complains she is tired offer to walk her back to the room and say "Oh no problem, but there is a panel on _____ at ______ that is in 5 minutes so I'll leave you to rest a bit"

When she is hungry use the same excuse. "Oh sure but we only have 20 mins to eat cause the _______ photoshoot starts at ______.

When she complains that you didn't spend time with her cause you are always on the go then just say, "Sorry, that's kinda how cons are. You spend all that time ramping up to it and then it's GO GO GO for 3 days cause it's only once a year. There isn't time for much food or naps cause people do that everyday, cons are for squeezing in as much fun and excitement as you can cause it's so short."

Make sure you say that in a apologetic tone and don't get "I told you so" snappy with it.
