Don't mix the pinks in your accessories. Since there's already 2 shades of pink on the JSK you need to either match the lighter shade in the ruffles/bow or the darker shade in the print, and your bow looks more like the darker shade and socks like the lighter shade with the wig not really being either. I think you should get a wig without pink in it and match your pinks in person as much as possible, but otherwise white blouse sounds fine.

I like them with nice boleros/cardigans/blazers, personally. I think if you wanted to wear a blouse with that particular OP, I would go for one with a big collar to cover the neckline and minimally poofy sleeves so that the OP sleeves are not overstuffed.

I'm really bad with otome styling because I keep being too matchy-matchy but I tried for something a bit ETC-blog-inspired. I went ivory-tan-brown, the pancake tights are from atenoy/dressandtights.com and I don't think they'll be "too much" since knee boots will make them less noticeable. I know there are motifs on there other than pancakes, but man. Pancakes. Mmmm.
