Can someone tell if it is normal my skin feels great and perfectly moisturized as I wake up, but starts getting worse within the 30 minutes afterwards? This happens even if I do not use any product or wash my face with just water during this timespan.

This has happened no matter what skincare routine I have been following in the last years.
Also, I moisturize day and night.
