I hope pulling my costume out of the wood works in preparation for Anime Matsuri counts as progress, haha.

Besides giving it a good ironing, what can I do to get rid of the tugs around the waist area? I didn't have a body form when I was making it so I did a lot of pinching and it looked fine when my arms were down so I didn't give it much thought at the time but now I see my mistakes and would really like to fix them for AM. I haven't trimmed my seam allowances yet, if it helps any with the advice.
