I say no, for one that character is not disabled and is not dependent on a wheelchair to get around. Secondly I agree with with other anons, wheelchairs at a con are a hassle and people with actually disabilities get shit on enough. The last thing they need is people rolling around in wheelchairs because of cosplay. It makes it worse that the character you're referencing isn't bound to the wheelchair and can actually walk so there's no need for you to even use one for the cosplay.
