No meet planned but I have a friend that is requiring we go out for Halloween. I'm making a clown lolita outfit based off the design of the polka-dot dress and the long sailor collar. Except I'm going to change the dress to be a chiffon top and white puffy bloomers instead.
Thinking of trying to find striped tights in the same colors as the polka-dots to wear with it.
