Any one got advice on how to achieve the 90s poof hair of anime? I'm putting together a quick project A ko cosplay but I really want the wig to look nice, and accurate to the feel of the anime. I as already thinking of adding some wefts to a regular just past shoulder length red wig, but I'm not sure how else to really get the right looks.
