You could either find a frame with a fabric backing or buy a frame and do it yourself. If youre worried about it looking to gaudy/silly just go to a thrift store and find a thin cheap frame that doesnt stick to far out from the wall- preferably a wood frame so you can staple on a fabric backing more easily. You could also do something like pic related, string the buttons along twine so u dont have to try and wrestle them through fabric, you can also display keychains like this.
