So I've ordered an item from one of the most famous US handmaiders, whose price tag starts at 50$. It's been over a month and the parcel didn't even reach my customs, no info updates from the day it was sent either. That made me think that the parcel got stuck somewhere within the US, so I've contacted the seller to find out if such a situation was normal (as I never quite ordered from the US before) - got no answer in a couple of days. Today I tried to initiate a search through my local PO, but they said that as the parcel never reached my country only the seller can do that. And the seller doesn't reply. What should I do at this point? I'd email the seller again but I don't want to be intrusive or rude.
