I've gotten a few background roles with Funi, still got my fingers crossed for landing a big role, but something really important to remember is to not limit yourself to just anime or cartoons. Try for radio ads or commercial voiceovers. There's lots of opportunity out there!
Also be sure to take classes and get some professional vocal training under your belt.

People watching is one of my favourite pastimes at a con. Me and my friends sometimes play little games; like everytime we see someone in a kilt we punch each other in the arm and call "Kilt!" kind of like playing the slugbug car game.
