/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

This wouldn't post in this thread for some reason before so re-posting here I feel like an idiot but does anyone have any idea on how to actually make this a one piece dress instead of adding just a pleated skirt to a shirt? Not to sounds stupid or anything I was just wondering if it's possible if I could make it a one piece and how? Help is greatly appreciated if you can thanks!
