I've been thinking about upping my coordinate shot game recently. Normally I just take mirror pictures, but I've found that this has a magical way of turning even my favorite outfits into terrible, ill-proportioned messes.
Luckily I have a camera and tripod that I can use, but I'm curious - what sort of backdrops do people prefer? I was thinking of dedicating a little corner of my room to it, maybe decorating with some flower garlands and little knick-knacks I've collected to make the background interesting.
But would the repetition of this background become boring from picture to picture? Would I be better off seeking out different parts of my house to keep things interesting? I've considered taking pictures outside in interesting locations, but my city isn't home to the kindest people and I worry someone will just run by and snatch up my camera while I'm busy trying to pose.
> tl;dr Pre-decorated backgrounds - a good idea or a waste of time?
