I really want to cosplay Eridan's original outfit but I'm having trouble deciding how to go about making the pants? Or rather, what to start from.
I've seen people use scrub pants, but I don't want that little side pocket (I could just seam rip it off?), and jeans seems like a bad idea.

Any input would be appreciated.

No idea who pic related is but I like their pants.
