Are sex scenes in most movies and TV shows meant to be erotic or plot points? How many sex scenes in plot driven movies have you seen where they go into detail about how uncomfortable the dick in their ass feels but then transition to KT gradually accepting it - and then ending in a full on facial or creampie complete with sound effects to emphasize the spurts?

Aside from scenes that are intentionally meant to conjure a feeling of grotesque discomfort (such as a rape scene or something) I can't think of a single example of a non-pornographic movie or show that pays so much attention in using their sex scenes for erotic purposes.
