I don't mind it when people use one in a tumblr post or something, but when they use like three in a row I get annoyed and generally unfollow them.
I also really hate the old style ones that mostly make use of Xs, threes, underscores, and carrots, probably because I feel like they're really only used by weebs from the late 90s/early 2000s who never grew up. At least the newer "japanese" ones that look like bears or sheep are somewhat cute.
