If it were me I would want to do a slightly-updated old school coord with a hint of classic. I'd want to look as much like I had been ripped out of one of Baby's older ads as possible.

Something like pic related might be nice (it's a JSK, but you get my drift) you could even bring out the red by using floral accents in the same shade and red shoes. If you style your hair/wig like pic related as well I will love you forever. Some additional tips:

-Make sure your socks match the yolk of your dress
-Matching shoes and bag make the coord look more well balanced. If you still want a cream-colored bag but red shoes, just make sure there's some red on it, even if it's just a bag clip.
-If bonnets are not your thing, then a classic hat or floral headdress will be just as pretty
-Pearl jewelry
-Seriously, if you do your hair in ringlets I will probably lose my shit in the best way possible.
