I definitely plan to do freckles in the future, but I wasn't able to get the makeup just right so I figured it was better to do none than have shitty ones. Also I'm not sure what you mean about the wig? It's accurate to the anime, though as >>7999867 pointed out, the crown and collar aren't from the anime, but rather accurate (or mostly accurate) to the manga.
