Wow forgive me for all this posting, but I hit submit by accident holy crap.
All of these encounters usually end with "Well, what do YOU know? You're just some preteen pity employee!" lol no. When was the last time you met a preteen who could rattle off the taxonomy of a channeled whelk or whatever bullshit animal they decide to throw at me to "test my knowledge".

He was not banned since apparently (I got my manager at this point who attempted to track him down) after the second encounter he rushed out of the Aquarium, threw his kids in the car and bolted out of the parking lot.
