So I bought something on Aliexpress in July and it still hasn't arrived. I wasked the seller for more protection time and they denied it, saying "dear time is over , after 4 days not arrive , please notice me ,ok ?"

What does that even mean?

The tracking number used to say it's in my country, but ended up expiring and I can't even check now. Not sure if it will arrive.

Should I ask for a refund? I feel sorry for the seller, but it was expensive.
