Like it's not really a big thing but who thinks its a good idea to go up to someone they haven't met and ask to touch them. That just seems weird.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with suggesting someone do something on their list.

Its there so people can get a second opinion on if they should cosplay what's there or not.

I probably wouldn't cosplay Kuranosuke if I didn't get a second opinion.
