So I have a question, are underskirts ok if a dress is a bit too short on plus size lolitas?

Would people be happier to see more underskirts that are coorded properly? A lot of western plus size lolitas are stuck with the whole fat + TALL thing which kind of destroys the silhouette in more ways than one. But are underskirts a good solution? Is it best to find another dress and move on instead?
