There's a different between using photoshop as "digital makeup" and completely changing your facial structure, though, and Kitami doesn't really do that. This is an un-retouched photo straight out of my own camera (color and exposure correction only) and you can see that's she's recognizably the same person, which isn't the case with a lot of the cosplayers that get posted in threads like this.
