Yea but there is a clear difference in wearing the fashion completely incorrectly, wearing a mismatched trash looking coord, or deliberately breaking the rules and the quality of someone's dress. That being said, a brand like Elpress L or Ista Mori shouldn't be written off as crap just because it's not AP/BTTSB or the other well-known J brands. As long as someone is following the rules, wearing a blouse, OTKs/UTKs/Tights, shoes that actually match the coord, and a JSK or OP- why does it matter?
