wrong thread for this but lolibrary states the waist measurement as 62cm for all 2005 releases, and 64cm for the 2007 release. This single # I usually think of as the relaxed, non-stretched measurement. That kind of 1/4 panel of shirring allows up to 10cm of give in my experience so I'd safely say max waist is 72, or up to 75cm for the 2007 version. There's a side zip, but it's better to be at least 3cm below max for comfort and longevity of the skirt. Good luck! that lace is gorgeous
