Jakob, Kaze, or Flannel from Fire Emblem Fates, Daisuke Jigen from Lupin III has a beard if you're willing to grow it out, and Favaro from Shingeki no Bahamut has a beard after the time skip. Sebastian would be a much better fit for your face/ body than Ciel.
