I don't know if any of these appeal but they just came from a generic search on ebay for 'new' 'by it now' 'worldwide' and 'white peter pan blouse'.

If you look for 'peter pan' blouses on aliexpress you can find some really lovely stuff, just have to wade through the crap.

Also a tip, you could try peter pan collar blouses from school uniform brand French Toast, they go up to sizes that would fit s-s/m adults and some are really pretty.
