I need help finding a wig in this color. The few that I find are sold out, and the other grey colors are often too dark or "silver" which is normally just white for some reason. I would love shoulder length, but hey, I'm not going to be picky.

It depends on the cut of the skirt, truthfully. It'll be stiff, so it won't look too good it you want it to flow. You'd want to wear a slip under it, too.
