I think that there's two different things we should differentiate between:

Wearing a correct outfit which is skimpy.
Taking a non-skimpy outfit and making it skimpy (pic related).

The later is attention-whoring regardless of gender, in my opinion.

But I'll also agree with the multiple posters above who correctly pointed out that it's other women that bag on women in skimpy outfits. Modern feminists are a walking muddle of self-contradiction and hypocrisy.
