There's not translation of that specifically IIRC but there's translation of another interview Mana did to promote Moi dix Mois tours in Germany (finding this translation through Google search was actually how I ended up on that photobucket):

Then there's a bit in the next paragraph where the interviewer says "You probably couldn't choose between fashion and music," and Mana says yes, the fashion and the music are intertwined for him.

My German is very, very rusty and I only did a few years of it but I can tell he's explaining the meaning of Moi dix Mois in the last paragraph of the second page linked as well.
