anyways heres your macros if you want to actually gain weight (this takes into account heavy lifting 3 times a week)
3741 kcal
160g - 468g protein

this is a lot of food, to put it in perspective that would be about
751 g of ribeye steak (roughly 180g protein and 2202 cal)
1 pint ben and jerry's brownie batter core (1000 cal)
3 cups of a typical mashed potatoes (this would put you slightly over at around 600 cal)

THE PROTEIN IS NECCESSARY
THE CALORIES ARE NECESSARY
however you don't have to eat the above (also don't forget broccoli), just something that fits the macros, the above is an incredibly simple example
