Iffy selfpost and a dodgy mirror shot too boot but I was hoping for some feedback if that's ok?

Do you think this would pass for a simple aristocrat coord? I feel like it could do with a much bigger, generally more prominent bow at the neck but other than that, I'm not sure where else to take it. I tried a bold pendant with it too but it just seemed to distract from the intricate design on the bodice. Some feather plumes on the hat could work to pep it up perhaps? maybe an underskirt?
