She has cheek piercings. This is her misty as well. I think she's more of a fetish model based on her deviantart. Fetish model aspect aside, it drives me nuts when i see piercings on cosplay, especially nose, lip, eyebrow. Cover it up with something or take it out. I know someone else was saying their piercing closes up if they take it out. Just put a bandaid over it or fuck, even put a clear stud in or something.
