/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I've been wondering, how realistic is it for a beginner to be able to pull off two different styles? I'm in love with those beautiful gothic/classic-gothic(?) prints and dresses like pic related, but I already have quite a bit of sweet going on in my wardrobe which would make it much easier to coordinate new pieces (and it's also a style that's really fun and I really enjoy). I just sometimes would like to wear something darker and more sophisticated, elegant looking, but it feels like at this point it would be too hard to delve into another sub-style.
